All the nerfs have completely wrecked me as blood dk in RBGs to the point that all it takes is 1 DH to easily kill me with the hunt when I’m carrying flag. It seems like once again bears will be the only viable tank in RBGs for the third expansion in a row. It seems Blizzard is allergic to the concept that a tank is supposed to be tanky in pvp, so we now take 67% increased damage in pvp with all defensives nerfed. Either give defensives back or give tanks major dps buffs since we’re just supposed to function as a dps in Blizzard’s pvp design.

Tell me then what’s the point of playing a tank if I’m squishy, no utility, no mobility and no damage.
Same with VDH, can barely survive against 2 dps on my own while not even being close to killing them due to having 0 dmg.
So tanks are finally balanced in PvP? Nice.

Hell no, I had enough of Guardian Druids surviving 900v1.
None. Blizz don’t want tank specs in pvp. I blame solo shuffle for the nerfs.
Tanks have no business in PvP. It’s a role designed for PvE, and it’s miserable for everyone else trying to kill tank in PvP.
RBGs are tiny when it comes to popularity, compared to arenas. But if you want to play a tank in pvp, why play the one without mobility which enables tanks to be good flag carriers?

It’s not about meta.
It’s about the fundamental design of tanks being someone who stays alive and tanks a ton of damage but does less damage, hence why you bring dps’.
This doesn’t work in PvP… unless you wanna be a menace who can’t really kill anything unless it doesn’t have a healer (but who they struggle to kill too)
