Didn’t blizzard announce a partnership with Google many years ago? To develop A.I. for skill training in their games.

Stadia and every game on it has worked 24/7/365 since release, 0 seconds server down time. It’s still up and running. Not exactly dead. More like immortal or something. And it’s free too.
How long will it be before Google shuts down Stadia itself?
They shutdown Stadia Games in Feb 2021 and decided to let 3rd parties develop for it instead.
As Amazon found out with New world, it’s hard to make a good game but easy to publish any game.
So you want to play WoW without… the addons? Why? Even if your game isn’t modded to hell and back, you still need the scrapper addon at least. And details to know how respectfully you’re doing at the game.
They could just have looked at Valve to learn that lesson. Valve just decided a platform for selling games was a better business idea than developing more themselves.
Blizzard went out of their way to block people from using cloud gaming and you can get banned for doing so.
It was very odd for them to do so I believed.
But there were rumours that blizzard might be looking into their own game streaming service.
And now that microsoft owns it, it doesn’t seem unlikely that could happen.
It’s probably more likely, they’ll have the infrastructure. It could be part of the xbox game pass. They could restrict it to one character.
