Can we give the frost trap launcher back to hunters? (Not in BGs)

Is there any way this could work?

I love doing solo runs on dungeons and i wish we could have this back in a way that would not affect pvp.

I understand outdoor pvp would be affected but that’s broken anyway.

No comment. Hunter is totaly op and broken and you ask for more buff.

as much as i liked it , especially in dungeons where no shaman can give tanks alpha to keep aggro, it’s just too brokenly op .
