The current one (solar beam) is good, but the 1-minute CD is too much (45 seconds if you use up another talent point). I would be much happier with a simple interrupt with, say, 20-25 seconds of CD. I would leave the Solar Beam in the same way, if only there were another option.

Here you go, a 15 sec CD interrupt and you get to keep solarbeam (perhaps the best interupt ability in the game). For all your interupting needs
