Seems like Tooltips says one thing and actual damage is complete the opposite…
Ice Strike tooltip in PvP says it deals 68k damage, while PvP dummy being hit for 47k (approx. 30% less)
Stormstrike tooltip in PvP 89k damage, dummy being hit for 37k (approx. 75% less)
Lava Lash tooltip in PvP 31k x2 with Flametongue, dummy being hit for 51k (approx. 15% less)
Lightning Bolt tooltip in PvP (no MW stacks) 42k, dummy being hit by 32k -42k (random value, no proc from enchants or trinkets)
I understand that probably there are some armour value on a dummy, hence why SS could be a bit lower, but not by 75%…
This should be fixed right away, as PvP is already painful as enhancement shaman, and this is not the first time that tooltips are saying completely different to what they should…
On top of that Stormweaver that suppose to be 150% effective on Healing Surge, well it’s not, it heals for exactly the same amount as if this talent is not being picked…
