TBH Stonevault has the Wardbreaker of the Fractured (UNFORTUNELY, Stonevault isn’t on this season rotation, so can’t be accessed in heroic or mythic, just normal). I got a generic adventure rank intelect 2h hammer on my paladin a few days ago too, think from one of the trash digging world events.
Is a decent weapon in the end. For healing sake is a decent stat stick too. Unfortunely there is just a single melee attack for holydins that can be used with a 2h weapon.
The caster shield never made sense for me. It’s the signature tank item. They should just remove all caster shields.
At least The Silver Hand (Legion Artifact) gives the illusion of it

Book and hammer is how i always imagined a paladin healer. Specially when, long ago, librams were the paladin exclusive relic.
