At this point is there any strong male char left?
true. but i admit i dont like the sl storyline involving him. the df one was undoubtly better.
I was huge fan of Cairne, I still hate Garrosh so much for his death (I know, Magatha bla bla bla), he’s part of my early WoW days as a Tauren…
im attached to all w3 chars. meeting between taurens and thrall was one of my preferred episodes… such a waste…
But it’s not reality - they are mixed up, so let’s be glad WoW isn’t as twisted anymore as RL is. So we already have the fantasy in the fantasy setting.
Daelin did nothing wrong.
Yes. Thrall, Baine, Velen, Brann, Lor’themar, Malfurion, Gazlowe, Anduin, Turalyon and a whole bunch of others.
Each of them has been made to turn a blind eye to some of the most horrific atrocities inflicted upon their people at the hands of their enemies. We’re talking things established as actual war crimes within the setting, with no accountability.
I do not personally consider that to be either ‘wise’ or ‘strong’. Could they move on from it given enough time? Perhaps - but that never happened in a realistic fashion.
But that’s entirely irrelevant to a character being male or female. Because that was, what I was responding to: Someone asking if there’s any strong male characters left.
I agree with you that each of these characters has had ‘non-wise’ moments, that was the point I was making with my first post in this thread. These are not perfect people. Some are wise some of the time, but none of them are wise all the time. As with any person they have their flaws and weak moments.
As for ‘strong males’, I think all of the characters I named fit that bill.
Alliance and Horde unite - a small group disagrees and holds grudge and over time their group grows. The group could even consist of both Alliance and Horde characters depending on how the story would be written. And eventually faction war is reborn.
Like Arthas?
arthas, our lord and king was killed b4 10 years ago unfortunately… the last vestige of him were in Sl and a fadin light isnt exactly a good written char…
No not Alexstraza we need the big mom energy woman!
Tess Greymane is too trusting of the Forsaken and the Horde.
The Crowleys might have to step in should the Greymane bloodline be cut off. Tess should be considering having an heir.
Jaina managing High Elves of Silver Covenant is not the same thing as the Kul Tiran people. She has been away from them too long. The girl version of the prodigal son returns does not work for WoW setting.
First Arcanist Thalyssra dying could rule up the Nightborn to do something. Begging Jaina to teach her Warship Magecraft. Is just Horde trying to steal Alliance secrets.
