getting really tiresom to spent more time looking for a key to enter or playing your own key at a level just to perhabs get a key you can progress on.
and i ask my self why exactly is this needed? why can we not just launch the dungeon like a delve need the prior level completed to launch next level ETC.
atleast try it for a season and see how engagement is ?

You can launch the dungeon like a delve if you want to. You have the option.
Or even better, if you don’t like the key system, why not just do Delves. That was why they were designed.
I love the Key system. To me it has made WoW a much more enjoyable game.

You got it all wrong.
You are not looking for a key. You are looking for 4 people to play with.
Lets say we do what you suggest. You walk into a dungeon and enter just like that.
Where would the 4 people you need to complete 5-man dungeons come from?

I missunderstood. I agree.
Two options: Keep resilient keys but you choose which dungeon. Or random dungeons but no deplete. DONE.
Oh, you didn’t say that.
Yeh, keys shouldn’t deplete.
not even about depletes, entire rework imo. lets play the dungeon we want, when we want it.
obviously need to progress and do a 2 before you launch a 3, and so on.

That is what “no deplete means”.
not really, you still need rng to get a key you want.

That doesn’t need a rework. just need to remove depletes.
But something has to remain random. Otherwise people would do Arakara or whichever is easiest to max level and that’s it.
That is why you either choose the dungeon but keep resilient keys. Or no depletes but keep RNG.
I prefer RNG dungeons and no deplete to be honest. That way whatever dungeon you play, its a guaranteed RIO increase if you time it.
ill obviously prefer no depletes over this system.
and perhabs the rng is still a good thing i dont know.
but if people only play ara kara you wont get score anyway so what is the issue with that?

Imagine if we, without hindrance, could choose what key level we’d want to try - right away…
If done with a group you know, a premade so to speak, I don’t see an issue in them going “Lets try go into a +20, for giggles.”
The whole progging-first, and then reach X to get “resilient” keys, is just unecessary, imo, unless it’s for a system that is PuG-made only; and then we might as well have a group-finder esque situation to match people + rating automatically.

I’ve proposed something similar but i haven’t received support.
Hello!
I’ve read a lot of complaints that are pertaining to key depletion, which made me think:
What if we had a master key which is used to generate specific keys?
Once player completes(in time) a dungeon at the specific difficulty, they can to generate a key for that same dungeon at the next dificulty.
Generated key is depleted, no problem player can to generate another one. Basicaly it would serve as a form of a bad luck protection.
Of course, some charging mechanism should to exist to p…
read the thread homie, clearly stated you need to have done +19 to launch a 20. etc etc
Read my post, homie: I’m coming with my opinion, my own solution, to this all.
If I want to do a +20 without having done a +19 or even lower, With my friends, I don’t see a problem in that being possible.
i personally dont care if that is the system we ended up with. but to not make it cringe i think they should make it like delves to start with.

“to not make it cringe” — What exactly do you mean by that?

That people that want to play Priory for Score wont have anyone to play with.
OR… people would just push 1 key ONLY. Or 1 key at a time. So if you want to push a Priory there wont be anyone to play with.
That is also the risk of removing depletes. But IMO the risk is smaller than the benefit, in the case of depletes.
going straight into a 20+ if you havent done anything
