where is your MATH or proof that Mage is the best?

AWC saw Ret + Fury and Feral + Ele being substantially better than Frost mage + Anything else.

The thing I don’t understand is people don’t think multiple specs can be OP at the same time.

Just because mage is strong doesn’t mean warrior isn’t strong.

Both need a look at.

this is how it always goes

mage is an obnoxious spec that is given the utility of 5 classes combined and blizzard is okay with that

feral can shift out of mages’ garbage, so people play it to be able to fight mages, and then the community cries that feral is over-represented because it is OP and not bcuz it can play against mages

soon as feral gets represented, people hop on warrior and farm ferals alive for easy rating bcuz feral wears leather and doesnt have an immunity

over time…the representation of mages and ferals gets dampened, and it turns back into the normal scene of DH/Ret/Ele/WW/Hunter and few seasoned rogues/mages here and there

and why specifically it turns again and again and again to that same scene?
because they are all classes with immunities on top of strong defensives on top of great sustain on top of great upfront damage on top of cc and utility (warrior drops off as soon as his damage gets fixed)

Mage has an abundance of tools but it is more difficult to play than a Fury Warrior. Same with BM. Those two specs are just too easy and OP and in my opinion should not even be able to queue up for anything.

What I don’t understand is that people don’t understand is that there will always be S tier specs. Nerf one and another takes over. There is no such thing as excellent balance.

Blizzard should just make sure that it aren’t always the same specs.

S tier is fine but its constantly the simple people specs like Fury or BM and at times Ret pala.

But here is the difference in it specs like fury can only be S tier when they have something broken going for them because the design of the spec is to just hold W or do damage and forget about CC where as classes like mage/druid/priest/rogue can be S tier with low damage and defensives just because of class design and the potential to outplay people.

Fury has no place been S tier how can you ever compare what Fury does to a Feral or Rogue when these classes do end up been S tier they are also S tier at all ranks while a sub rogue can be S tier at high rating and B tier at lower rating.
