Cyclone is still by a million miles the greatest CC in the game and honestly it really need to be brought down massively. a sub 1.5 second cast, 6 second, undispelable crowd control that prevents damage and healing, completely nullities defensive heals and absorbs and having very little danger upon being kicked is absolutely insane.
Please for everybody playing wow right now
- Cyclone is now a magic effect that can be dispelled, has a high chance to break on damage (same as warlock fear), and no longer prevents damage and healing
- Add a PVP talent in that reverts Cyclone back to it’s original design but increases the cast time by 0.2 seconds and gives it a 15 second cool-down.
Additionally Ferals are ever present across all levels of PVP including Tournament level and absolutely need to be brought down.
Please think of adding the following modifiers
- All damage reduced by 8%
- Ferocious Bite damage reduced by a further 12%
