There are so many things that I dislike on this new UI and confuse me right now.

New icons for game options, mount tab, adventure journal etc. buttons look so bad compared to what we had. All of them are grey and it’s hard to distinguish.

Like who asked to change empty slot icon on bags? Now it looks so dark and hurts my eyes thus making harder to find items I’m looking for.

When I queue for dungeon now eye shows near my bags, WTF is this? Having it near my minimap was perfect place!

Round icons for bags < square icons. they used to be square and that’s why some bags cost way way more on AH due to their looks. Now equipping bag with sexier icon seems useless after they butchered their look with round icons…

I don’t like new mailbox icon, it’s dull and blunt.

And finally one of the most that pissed me off: WHO ASKED YOU TO REMOVE SILVER DRAGON PORTRAIT FROM RARES and replace it to some shuriken garbage that’s barely visible? OMG!!!
If people liked new changes I have nothing against it although I think none of these new icons fit WoW at all, game had best icons for 18 years! All I’m asking to be able to switch to old UI.

On DK I have 20 boxes on the map to tick off, on every other character I have 5 check boxes - NO Mailboxes seen
So bad… Also new reset ruined my template so twice bad lol.

I hear a lot of people saying, learn to live with it. The old UI was garbage anyway and so forth.
But someone who’s having a really hard time with changes, those on the spectrum such as both my kids, are struggeling.
I have tried to mess about with it, I still don’t understand it. Then there’s those who’s had the addons which are similiar to the new UI. Of course they like it, of course there’s those who learn fast.
Then there’s those of us who liked the simplicity of the old UI, it worked for us.
Why not give us the opportunity to turn on the old UI, just like when the new looks for the toons came around, there were the opportunity for running with the old look.
Let us have the old UI as an opportunity to swap back in.

well fixing things that aren’t broken is the oldest trick in the lazy employee’s handbook because fixing things that are broken is hard and require a brain which blizzard employees lack

So they work with apple? Hmm how can we sell more? Idea: we skip all ports on the laptop and sell a adapter. CEO: omg you are promoted!
If it ain’t broken we break things. Big companies in a nutshell 
BUT: the UI did need a upgrade IMHO! They almost nailed it, but it feels like it is 3/4 done!

It looks a bit cartoonish to me, but I suppose I could get used to it. What I don’t get is why certain parts of the UI cannot be changed at all.
For example:
The size of the minimap.
The ‘Inventory area’ on the bottom right; it looks weird having the buttons just sit there, rather that being in a box of their own.
The dungeon queue tool! Why can’t we put it back on the edge of the minimap where it should be!?

I am freaking out with this. I don’t know how to make my chat box bigger, so I can’t read chat very well.
I copied the WoWhead thing and it’s still just… awful.
I know, I know, it’s normal for people to hate change, but I genuinely hate this.
For ppl who say Blizz doesn’t care! They care if you just support and bump up posts instead of showing your defeatist attitude.

Now give us option for Classic UI and icons! Current Classic template only moves portrait frame back to left corner and that’s it! It has nothing to do with old UI. And let us change position of game menu (aka micro menu) , bags and queue (eye) button.

I do not think the look is bad, per se. It is very clean and modern, however it isn’t very fantasy setting. I’d expect it more for a sci-fi setting.
Except my gods the bag icons AAAAAAA MY EYES totally agree with that.
