If you don’t want to let as hide pants freely at least remove them from dresses where they’re just an eyesore.

It would be a nice compromise at least, although I’m baffled why it’s fine to run around in a bra but not without pants.

Showing off your character’s bra is perfectly ok, but if you walk around without pants, it’s considered too indecent? Yeah, this doesn’t make any sense…

Tauren heritage armor is very handy for these situations. The pants are just underpants.
Although a tauren in a dress like that may be the eyesore in itself, according to some.
