SoO is currently the longest legacy raid in the game. If you are farming it for the mount or the shoulders it takes forever to reach Garrosh. It used to be a bit bearable because at least you got a decent amount of gold in the process. Now you don’t even get that. Can we please get the old gold values back or add a skip to the final boss? Spending 40 mins for 800 gold total feels miserable…

I got 1000 for 20mins in Ulduar seems really unfair that SoO gets that little.

In general I’d like the raid gold value to be reverted.
Stuff just keeps getting more and more expensive and running raids was one of the few guaranteed ways of getting a decent chunk of change in your pocket, which just isn’t the case anymore.
I know blizz wants to reduce the amount of gold inflation but these changes just moreso punish the players that didn’t have much in the first place, whereas those that have millions and millions left over from WoD garrisons are for the most part completely unaffected
I liked it when you could have a raid save on your alt to skip straight to end.
I feel ill thinkig about those two towers where cannons bug out most of the time or that god forsaken room of boxes that is tedious beyond imagining…
Thing is with SoO you can not for mount as you need Mythic mode

All very strange for so many different settings and raids
mythic lockouts are unique. Siege is probably the most annoying legacy mount to farm since it came before they decided to add skips but it also fell victim to the mythic lockout system.
There really needs to be simpler system for legacy raids. More choice for the player, ability to skip etc. But im not holding my breath for ever getting that.

By more choice you mean mandatory skip what everybody will use in order to be efficient? What will be next? Button what will roll on mount drop without even going into raid? Uf you want rewards you have to put effort to get those rewards.

We are talking about legacy raids here, not current content so effort is absent in this equation, only time spent is there. Maybe have boss skip implemented same way than newer raids have it by quest to open them.
I would not step inside HFC, Nighthold and the like if not for skip mechanic.

Its not. Watching a paint dry isnt effort, its time wasted. Painting the wall is effort.
Clearing legacy content requires exactly 0 effort, only time.
