Can we please nerf DPS MMR gains?

It is so PAINFULLY OBVIOUS that 5-1 or 6-0 on a dps players awards you way too much MMR in solo shuffle rn. Every single bracket or cr is filled with nothing but clueless players who managed to score a random 6-0 playing the fotm, and now create a situation where healers stagnate at a 3-3 sh**show permanently.

Like why am I at 2,1-2,3mmr across 3-4 priests facing the same sort of demons every time I que up? People who don’t sanc, tremor, trap, cc, kick, protect cc, etcetera etcetera? Like these people are OBVIOUSLY too high MMR, and should be knocked down to 1,8 until they figure out how their classes work.

And it does not even matter if you’re a rank1 / multi-glad level player, because tune up into any stream? It’s the same thing. YOU CANNOT HEAL THESE PEOPLE. They do not even know their own specs let alone what they’re supposed to do with their utility buttons. (Let’s not even mention Line of Sighting.)

Whereas on healers, you can 6-0 twice in a row, and going 2-4 once will undo the entirety of the progress you just earned.

The biggest reward you can give to healers in order to motivate them to que up more is to literally nuke DPS players who go 0-6 down to the bog where they belong. Sure I can disable chat and to never watch them type or hear w/e they’re flaming about, but the fact that at the end of the game I see some hunter go 1-5 and still gain 20 points, meanwhile I lose MMR from a 4-2 is enough to make me question my sanity and self worth.

Not to mention in the event that a DPS player DOES lose a lobby, it is an automatic loss to both healers, and a win (for some reason) to the DPS players? How is this anyhow fair lol

TL:DR

Clip the DPS player MMR gains from 6-0’s by half, unless they have extremely good consecutive performance, or at the very least make it to where DPS players losing a lobby does not affect healer MMR W/L or CR gains.

i come with a better solution, remove this garbage Gamemode called solo shuffle, what created wrong Ego´s and rework lfg instead + rewards for 2v2/3v3?

Nothing wrong with Soloq IF (big IF) 3v3 was actually a bracket that people q a lot

Lfg upgrade would be a first good step
I CBA sometimes play 3s if I open the lfg and have too sort out groups too which I want apply, or making my own and getting zero applications in 15 min

If every season we got a insane MMr like BG Blitz where people reach almost 4 k, 3a would be more active

Nobody care Q 3s if you stuck at 1.6 -1.8 if you could just go BG Blitz or solo shuffle for rewards

thats the point why anyone on earth should que 3v3 when the season is unbalanced, unfun, and also rewards a ugly bat at the end “if you manage to get 2.4”

it shouldnt be as inflated as bg blitz, but a bit more inflated, 2.4 is for 99% of the playerbase just not obtainable, and why should people push for 2.1 when they get the same rewards in bg blitz by being afk

the main problem is, that u get almost the same rewards in every bracket, with the exception of r1 titles (where 90% of the titles are anyway safed for people what are willing to pay the cabal)

I think heal mmr is more deflated than dps mmr. The whole design of the mode irks me though, the fact how heals will go heal vs heal for 6 round but dps get to rotate between themselves. So if healer land in lobby where some multi r1 fellow is smurfing on his 20th alt as heal on some rival mmr then they just have to deal with it that they have to sweat against the same guy 6 rounds row but on dps case they get to play with the smurf etc. So even from the beginning I see that it makes no sense and it wont be even remotely even game to match the mmr were on.

Theres just no point heal shuffle on its design in general, like you said its multiple times easier to gain rating as dps in that mode. Only mode I would heal is blitz but as I see heals having as long que as dps I just play dps instead than heal random ppl if I have to wait same time on both anyway so there is no benefit of playing healer, just harder role and same wait. For shuffles they need to make healers gain rating as easily as dps can or ppl wont care heal these soloqs.

Im already annoyed enough to heal random people in soloqs instead of playing arenas because blizz went and deflated arenas beyond any worth, so if I also gain less rating than dps from these soloqs I just wont, Im no samaritan, I want to have fun with my video game as well that I paid for instead of enable some green geared challenger for life dps players get games in shuffles and watch them play with wrong talents while doing random things while I have to heal against some multi r1 on 10th alt smurfing my lobby. Now if they continue keeping pvp just as soloqs I doubt there will be many healers left once more start realising same.

Was the dps players unable to adapt and join pvp communities and network that wanted shuffles, those who adapted for lfg started healing it and fill their bnet easily on half expansions time. So ironically now that we got shuffle the same healers are now adapting again and began reroll back to playing dps.
