Can we please restrict kicking out from timewalking?

So i got kicked out twice today because …my i didnt had good trinkets thats first group and they said for time walking i should wear BFA items that have the heart of azeroth choice thingy…
and second group said something similar and kicked me out because i dont have items to run timewalking quickly XD

also on third group i was asked to click kick on person who play disc priest because he didnt heal “enough” which meant he didnt over heal

so my question is can we restrict being kicked out to once a day or do not apply dungeon deserter debuff ? or make sure we are not in same groups with those players, and if that there could be chance to report it ?

People don’t want a challenge anymore, if they can’t have a group to steamroll/gogogo everything they start a tantrum.

It’s ridiculous that there are tools that allows these kind of players to always have their way.

This happened to me today as well, and it’s happened often enough during timewalking that it made me come to the forum, a place I never visit, to hopefully raise dev awareness. The vote kick is being abused and it has a detrimental effect on non-jerk players.

People get kicked if they’re playing a class that doesn’t have the same speed boosts as the tank/dps.
People get kicked if their rotations take time to get off - affliction warlock is one where a ramp up time is necessary.
People get kicked if they stop to loot (guild member experienced this one).

The vote kick was intended to get rid of toxic players, not be used BY toxic players to abuse others. This needs immediate reworking.

I’ve never heard of this complete madness before.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do.
Best suggestion is to take a guild groep or a friend group
If you dont have a guild or friends i highly suggest finding some

I ran around 60 time-walking dungeons to level my last few alts to 80. There have been three kicks. One for a player that was afk for a long time without warning (over 5 minutes). Two were for players that dc-ed and didn’t log back.
Of all the groups only one tank and one healer left. All the others were pretty great. People laughing when dying to unexpected deaths. Buffing and ressing. Sure everyone was trying to get them done fast, but gear was never an issue.

In 5 days I’ve been doing 34 TW dungeons. None of my character have BFA gear, many of them have been lowest on the dps meter for various reasons, one even managed to pull half a room it shouldn’t because I was busy reading on the other screen, and not one of them have been kicked.
In those 34 dungeons there was one where the tank rage quit (the one where attacking the boss means you pull the entire room, and we hadn’t killed anything - you can imaging how well that went), and one vote to kick a priest for being afk afair (the vote failed, we finished the dungeon, everybody left)

Getting kicked sucks (especially since it saddles you with the deserter debuff), unfortunately for you it’s a thing people can do and they did - that’s the problem playing a game with other people (however marginally one plays with them), and the only way to completely avoid random people doing things like that is to make a group of your own.

zero chance this happened. i have ran around 700 TW dungeons in the past 4-5 years and the only way people get kicked is if they’re afk. the vast majority of people in timewalking dungeons are low levels that don’t have any twink gear and its completely accepted that the scaling is terrible so no one cares if a tank is top damage or a disc is top damage or if one dps does 80% of the damage. its a completely unserious environment of people holding W to level up. no one cares.

you’re 100% leaving something out here - probably a lot of angry back and forth dialogue

The changes in Twing scaling is kicking some people extremely hard. This idea that your level dictates how you see the enemy is fine except, people are not getting that many upgrades when levelling. It is very easy to find yourself left behind with extremely bad gear for the level you are at.

I was getting extremely bad healing from a mate I was helping. I was running a 500 ilvl alt through Twing with him from both near 70 character level. He was still on 320 ilvl from his rewards in dungeon running. He had only done dungeons to level up the character. As a tank I can pull one or two groups and manage fine by myself. But people don’t want that in a dungeon these days. It never takes long before some clown decides it is not fast enough and we end up wiping because this mate can’t keep up.

I ditched the TWing route and took him through some DF dungeons to get him above 350 ilvl. I can pull the whole dungeon in DF with that ilvl. 3 dungeons later I went into TWW and can easily manage again without a healer.

This scaling issue is not right in TWing. Distribute more loot so they can keep up, and maybe increase the ilvl of the rewards.

sometimes i feel like world of warcraft turned into pay zone if u pay gold u can do dungeon or new content and if not if ur not specific class or this or that u not get invited … no wonder people prefer to do solo content
