It was removed for no reason, and now we’re forced to grind it from boring random BG.
So random to just remove it and have no alternative in place. Hello???

It was removed because of a bug that counted transferred honor, as earned honor for achievements.
It may be re-enabled later during or after S1 depending on how much the impact could’ve on the PVP systems.
CQ boxes are still expected to be transferable.
Meh. Thanks for clarifying, though. Seems like such an oversight that ought to have mandated a quick band-aid fix, but hey-ho.

I see honor is transferable via warbands but i have yet to find out how
