It’s the only racial ability that forced Blizzard to create a pot such that all players (especially tanks in PvE) can have it.

So yes… It should be pruned.

I’ll repeat my suggestion: For Mythic raids until the x.x.7 patch, for all M+ keys above what is needed for KSL (so +14 and above under current scaling) and for all Rated PvP modes, all racials, both passive and active, should be disabled.

NO! Stop trying to make the game more watered down instead of fixing the issue (which is every other racial being less useful than the 2 top ones).
