After the changes, Warrior fear will last full duration whilst people hit you (not burst) or with full dots rolling. It’s borderline a stun.
the duration of this needs to be made 4 seconds maximum

I noticed war fear doesn’t break and can 100-0 you but also dk blind and yesterday I got pump by an affli and sit full fear as well.
Atm I’m able to death priest incap so I assume the talent got nerf or is baseline less powerful but not sure.

I’m surprised this is the first time someone has complained about it.
I heard it’s bugged.
And people call me biased (which i am not).

I literally died yesterday because Warr fear was basically a stun and didn’t break from me taking dmg from 40% to 0%
priest can do the same with specing the talent

Maybe He was playing with the “Menace” talent? It increases the damage required to break fear.
Plate nerfs hit hard for warrior. 7% more physical damage taken . Omg omg warrior needs buff.

If he posts with his main character he is 100% sure he will be exposed. Then he will claim forums bugged and it show classic characters.
