Can we remove Garrote silence spam?

Honestly the garrote silence spam is the most obnoxious stuff in the game right now and doesn’t deserve to be in the same.

Anything with a CC affect should have some form of CD. Cheapshot and garrote, clone, and sheep should’ve been looked at for a while.

Clone used to have a very short cast range, now it seems like it can be cast from Narnia. Make it a like 20 yard range cast or something. These spammable abilities should have some risk factor tied to them to be balanced.

I couldn’t be bothered listing every single CC in the game. But yes, that includes fear.
