I wouldn’t shed a tear if swap was removed.
Would even be delighted if they replaced it with guise or a talent that gave a brief interrupt immunity.
Either remove it or give it baseline as it used to be. I think lifeswap is a good ability and cool one at that, but like others have said I hate to be forced to pick it every single game.

I think replace the Life Swap with Spectral Guise as a talent.
Wizk, arguably one of the best spriests out there, doesn’t even use shift currently. He says with the current burst meta he doesn’t like it as much. So I would say that alone shows it isn’t mandatory but rather a nice option to have. That said pug team mates may not appreciate not using it, best to let them know beforehand.
Agree with this, I think the sentiment towards void shift is something that has more been bubbling up over the past 4 years, less immediately relevant now.
If you take shift you have to take trinket, and then you have to sit there holding both for trinket shift the entire game…
