can we try for once make bm meta or just close enough viable for raid and m+?
I would rly enjoy it if that would be possible. usally always end up giga nerfing bm and making it horrible

I feel ur pain but bm was rly strong. After nerfs testing we are still fine. They should just buff beast cleave abit more .

Really pretending that bm was not viable for raid and m+ literally last season?
Season 2 of TWW is the first season in Expansions where MM has been better then BM literally expect for less then a patch here and there and then BM was still a good choice.
Season 2 of TWW is the first time in the history of M+ that MM has been a good choice in M+ over BM and the season even started with Bm being the best choice of the hunter specs.
(17s was done by BM before the tuning to mm that made it a better choice for more dungeons this season).
And Keep in mind MM is not even a Meta spec right now according to the mage players.
Hey i can understand you wanting BM to be strong (personally i like MM more) but pretending like bm has not been strong in a long time is just wrong.

BM is more than “viable” for both mythic raiding and high ish keys and while yes we could do more damage, our damage is not the only reason they aren’t popular in high keys.
It’s because the hunter class as a whole don’t bring a lot to the table, with dollar store survival skills and no real group utility to speak of.
There is no reason to bring a hunter when other DPS bring more than just damage, as you’re highly limited when you can only bring 5 people.
In raids tho that is not an issue our high mobility always add value in mythic raiding

You must be bad then as i was topping meters in 5man content as Bm last season.
Or are you thinking about Meta as in being a Meta spec not just the best hunter spec because these things are not the same thing.

Even though BM was not Meta last season it was 100% Viable to play.
This season it is even more true and in raid considering top to bottom in raid has never been as good as it is right now, we have had a delta of under 10% for the first time ever.
So do not come here changing your own wording to only mean meta as in the meta group after you have literally said otherwise.
No wonder you think this if you play Dark ranger Dark ranger for BM is the worst hero talent for dps.
Change to Pack leader and you will do a ton more dps.
Yeah, that was a rough patch that blizzard fixed ages ago it only lasted for a few weeks before we got buffed to a reasonable level, not top by any means but still pretty decent.
(although if you’re still playing DR that’s a whole other issue, It’s something like 35% behind PL for BM)
And as I said, M+ is not all about output sure it helps but what’s more important is what more you bring to the table and hunters as a whole is quite lacking in that regard when it comes to pushing much higher keys
BM is literally viable for any piece of content that rewards the highest ilevel gear.
It’s just not a meta spec. Doesn’t mean it’s not viable.
It has been the norm for some time now. Every single time there are sizeable changes to the spec, it ends up being completly broken in the PTR, which is the worst thing that can possibly happen, as outliers in PTR always get hugely nerfed. BM is and has been perfectly viable, and it seems like it will continue to be. As for being meta, the meta is constantly changing and if you only care about playing meta then you need to be constantly rerolling.
People tend to miss the fact that a spec viability isn’t just the dps meters.
It’s DPS + group/raid buff + group/raid utility
On a 1-10 scale, BM is like 8 on dps this patch, 0 on buffs, 0 on utility
Means raw DPS is the only thing we bring to the raid/party
Every nerf hits us bad, since without uber dps we lose viability
