So im currently boosting some guildies in RFC at nights with my shaman tank. turns out i can pull huge packs without any problem. and now with the exp buff more and more of them are doing alts and wants me to boost them. Last night there were only 2 of them being boosted and we started to talk about bringing 2 more and charge gold for the boost. i didnt dare doing that cause i dont wanna get banned. my GM told me its fine, as long as its gold i wont get banned for an in-game service. Does anyone know if i can get banned if i sell boosts?
Boosting is as of now is not a bannable offense so yes you can do it and you can charge gold for it if you wish to do so.
RFC? Isn’t the experience cut off if someone in the group is 40 lvl?
They will lose some XP having a higher lvl player with them, but the nerf on boosts that they put into in TBC is not here, so you can boost without any problems
Yes some mages got banned for boosting rfc and stockade in p1 with reason “Botting”, because blizz can’t distinguish flyhack bots from legit boosters, their “anti-botting algorithms” bazed only on time spend in dungeon, so yes you can be banned if you boost too long (even if u boost only your friends).
