Can you fix havoc dh?

Wtf are you doing bizz? Cant even get invite to mythic+ low keys cuz our dps suck ballaz. 5%dmg buff wont do anything to this class. Mean while you fix this class i go level my uh dk—>

The 5% buff, was a very lazy addition from Blizzard. The current state of Havoc is very stale, you basically spam Eye beam, Chaos strike, Demon bite with an occasional Glaive. Doing Blade dance, or immolation can actually lower your single target DPS. They should rework Havoc to be more interesting, this could be done by making the First blood talent baseline, and perhaps making chaos strike or something do more damage during immolation.
