Can you fix my class (and the game in general) or refund me my subscription money?

When I prolonged my subscription to 12 months in June 2024, I expected my spec (Marksmanship Hunter) to get some improvements or at least stay the same. I did not prolong my subscription to get my only favorite spec butchered and left to rot.

Dark Ranger is worse than all other specs I know of by huge margin (30-50%), Sentinel is not so bad in numbers, but its disgusting static Owl mechanics makes forces an extremely unsatysfying, frustrating playstyle.

To add insult to injury, you did not even acknowledge the problem, you pretend as if it works as intended.

I require to either see your explanations and plans to fix this situation or my subscription money back. I have not seen a worse customer service.

Customer support is not in charge of the game’s content, or game balance. I understand being unhappy with your class, or certain aspect of the game, however the CS forums isn’t where you’ll get responses on that front (as usual, please provide feedback about the game on the forums, in-game, or the different social media platforms).
