Not gonna lie Aggrend, nobody asked for MoP. It’s decade old content, but it’s all you’re offering right now.
Just half the xp needed for every level 1-90 and let us get to end game asap. There is barely anything to do in Mists end game aside from PvP, Raid logging or grinding mindless dailies. Having multiple characters would help keep player retention a bit longer, but levelling even in the old world is insanely boring and slow.
Just let us get to end game in a few hours, rather than days.

What I actually said was - Nerf the amount of time spent levelling 1-90 into the ground.

Yeah, I also said a few hours. What I’m getting at is that levelling is essentially pointless at this stage. We’re on a “fast-tracked” version of the original MoP expansion. This whole thing is going to take, what? Like a year? Because we gotta rush to Legion before Classic + is released.
If levelling 1-90 took 2-3 hours at most like in SoD, I can guarantee a lot more players will stick around to play different classes. No point gate keeping at this point, MoP is all about end-game.
I appreciate you trying to give me information, but I already knew they were increasing the buff - I don’t think it goes nearly far enough.

Instead of 10%, the experience buff earned from 85-90 will be 65% as it was in patch 5.4, and I believe this will be the only and last thing we will receive regarding exp. We’ll have to wait for JJ to get 100% and be able to level up decently. I highly recommend waiting for 5.5.1 to finish leveling to 90, and if you need to level from 1 to 90, do so exclusively during the JJ. The time investment is not worth it.
1-85 takes sub 24h and 85-90 takes around 8-10h rn. thats pretty fast in my books

Yeah overall lvling is totaly fine, with joyoas journey its insanely fast. Only 85-90 part need a buff, for me it was frustrating 12-15 hours per char, specialy 5th.
If you dont want to spend much time levelling, play retail.

Yes that’s exactly what I’m saying. There’s only 3 things to do.
So let us easily level more classes fast rather than having to invest literal days into them, then spam RBG/Dungeons for gear, then level professions… It’s a lot of investment to try out different classes. Why not just make it easy for once without having to spend even more money on a decade old expansion that’s only out 1 year? Just make it stupidly fast and let everyone try out different classes.
You gonna tell me you wouldn’t just outright skip it if the option was there? In SoD by the end you could level to max in 3 hours and people were trying out everything… I literally can’t see a negative to minimise levelling as much as possible. Nobody wants to do it, so why make trying a new class a chore?
I can only see stay-at-home sweats being salty that they already did it. Other than that, I doubt anyone would be unhappy with it.

Well if it’s me, no I wouldn’t. I just like leveling and more precisely doing quests. I am not stay-at-home, working full time and having social life etc, but I do find the time already leveling 3rd alt and having MSV 25 hc 6/6 and HoF 4/6 HC while enjoying all the content altogether. Maybe find a leveling buddy, it’s more fun and " time flies when you are having fun" ^^

I love the WoW IP, If I didn’t enjoy playing I’d quit… and I’ve certainly stopped playing as much. Classic was great the first time round, SoD was the most fun I’ve had in WoW for years - I did the raids 10 years ago, I don’t wanna do them again. I just wanna do CM and PvP, that’s me. I just want to be able to experience more classes without the dread of putting multiple days in. A lot of people I speak to want to play multiple classes too, but can’t be bothered to level them - I’m in the same boat. A lot of us been playing Classic’s variants for years now and having to level yet again in a dead world is just boring dude. Skip the boredom, give the good stuff.
A hard concept to grasp for someone so eager to white knight.
I also hate leveling, never said anything against the nerf they are doing in 3 weeks.
Thinking the game isnt gutter trash that should be stomped is “white knighting” I guess.
Blizzard is a terrible company, but the game is good currently, I like it, thats about it.

Don’t ask for faster xp on the forums, people will fight you tooth and nail that it is fine, but you are correct and I want to break this echo chamber.
This is a 13 year old expansion of a 2 decade old game, and does not have the right to demand you to level at 1x speed or pay £50 per character for a boost.
Joyous Journeys should be standard as this is the 5th iteration of “classic”, including vanilla, so if it is not implemented yet then how long will you be expected to play at 1x speed? WoD Classic? Legion Classic?
It is impossible to say when the “just play retail” or “just buy a boost” echo chamber players will finally accept that Joyous Journeys should be standard.
