5 runs if lucky timed to get 12x8
or if unlucky 5x18
either you run 18 runs to get one crafted gear piece or 8 runs timed. This price of the crafted item system is insane. Address this.

They have stealth nerfed it up form 60 to 80 now 90. Can they address this.
ITs not fun running keys when you get 12 tokens each run. 1hr later next run.
It’s 15 more than the equivalent upgrade cost in gilded crests for an item from hero 4/6. Which is exactly what it was in dragonflight.
The only difference is there are 2 more upgrade levels, which is 30 crests. 60+30=90
If it was still 60, the crafted items would be ilvl 630, and as such pretty much worthless. This is what they were on PTR when they costed 60, which is why they increased it to 90.
In fact…
In dragonflight it was 60 crests for 3 upgrades worth of ilvl. 4/6 hero to 3/4 myth. 20 crests per upgrade level.
In TWW it’s 90 crests for 5 upgrades worth of ilvl. 4/6 hero to 5/6 myth. 18 crests per upgrade level.
It’s literally better value in TWW than it was in DF.
But its time consumeing.

Make it 60 crests but reduce the ilvl of the items to 630, so they’re terrible and nobody wants to use them?
You’re not getting the current ilvl for the cost of 60. That’d be stupid.

U are basicly getting a item there is not getting replaced unless u are raiding mythic or lucky in vault by m+ like just go grind some +8 really that simple
yeah but still why change it from 60 to 90 like it takes forever to gear alts.
would not say it takes ages to gear alts now it easier than ever specially with the Crest reduction if your main has high ilvl gear making upgrades cost 10 instead of 15 crest

No it’s not. So u spending couple hours on getting a bis weapon, that u might never change unless u are insanely lucky on getting weapon in mythic raid or m+ 10 vault.

60 better=?
Because you’re getting more ilvl for the cost, and at a better rate.
60 crests for 3 myth ugrades worth of ilvl in dragonflight: 60 / 3 = 20
Vs 90 crests for 5 myth upgrades worth of ilvl in TWW: 90 / 5 = 18
I really hope someone finds this useful because i’ve explained it for you three times at this point and I fear I’ve wasted my time.

If it cost 60, it would 630 ilvl.

Its not the mathematics im on about tis the insanity time spent gearing needing to run either 8 dungeons
or 18 untimed dungeons to get 90
Its the time. + People leaving the m+ that is annoying and yes ‘‘get friends’’ Glhf am still on about its too much.

each dungeon taking aprox 40min thats like 1 day at a pc screen for one gear peice.

Your issue is with the rate you get them, not the cost of the thing you’re spending them on.
