Can you nerf [Algeth’ar Academy] [Overgrown Ancient] boss When the adds spawns it instant kills the tank make it so the adds don’t get affected by Tyranical Its way overturned.
Literally The adds hits the tank from 100 to 0 in one second if they stays up can you address this its not fun on a 10 even
Literally this week the Dragonflight dungeons feels overturned when there is an add phase involved
Also its not a single player prot warrior game. Either nerf dungeon or buff classes to be like prot warrior.
The whole boss fight is a bit overtuned and everyone knows it. Tread very carefully with that boss I’m sure it will be nerfed soon.
The real pain point for me is that the boss casts germinate just as the Treant dies - so you can’t stack on it’s corpse. Even then all the adds plus the tank buster debuff (+100% physical damage taken), plus 40+ stacks of poison very quickly, mean there are not very many counters.
It’s amazing how much strategy this boss takes at the moment compared to every other M+ boss!
Yes, this is the point where my brain explodes. You have like no time to deal with killing the adds and getting in the healzone before Germinate #3 hits.
I think it’s germinate 2 where he summons all the adds then immediately brings them all up to attack after you’ve had no time to kill them is a bug. I’m convinced he is casting the second germinate too early so you only have a few seconds before the uproot and slaughter everyone.
It should be
Germinate - AoE adds before they rise up
Branch out - kill add and stand in heal zone to dispel bleed.
Any remaining adds rise up.
repeat from the start.
At the moment the sequence is:
Germinate - adds are spawned
Branch Out - treant add spawns.
Germinate - second wave of adds spawn
Uproot - straight after 2nd germinate - tank has to tank line 15 adds as no time to AoE them down.
It’s not impossible but requires so much precision. It is definitely borked!
These dungeons are just kinda crazy, the worst offender is ruby life pools, but honestly, anything under +10 should NOT be this hard.

You can’t make m+ the same difficulty as mythic raids, because m+ has a timer, and raiding does not. Much of the difficulty of m+ comes from the timer.
I made a thread a few days ago about healers, but honestly, with more and more dungeons done, i’m starting to think, that it’s not just that. These dungeons many of them are legit overtuned.
I already knew that for ruby life pool, but now that we have tyrannical i can see some problems on other bosses too.
Like I love how Holy priest and Resto shaman healers feels under tuned compared to evoker yet a boss shouldn’t kill a tank in 1 second under a 8+ when you need to tank adds
Like blizzards tuning sucks so much. Did they even test their content ? I’m getting frustrated over how hard this content is even at a 10+
I think Holy priest and Resto shamans needs buffs. 20% of the bat to compete with Evokers.
Blizzard can’t tune this based of set bonus. Literally I think Holy Priest and resto shaman are under preforming.
