Can you solo the Eternal Palace raid on Normal if you have the right item level? If so, what would the recommended level be?

Cut him some slack it’s at least someone from AD this time.
I doubt it, since it was added nearing the end of the expansion. At least, not with any ilvl obtainable right now. We’ll have to see if Blizz is gonna do a legacy buff this time or not, they weirdly didn’t do one for Legion.

I’m going to assume not, either because of enrage timers, damage taken or tank swap mechanics being a problem. I’ve done a few Uldir runs with about four or five people, so you probably need a similarly sized group - if not a little bigger - to get through Eternal Palace.
That being said some of us weren’t very well geared so maybe a couple of higher item level characters could have an easier time of both. But yeah, probably not soloable yet 
Rather wish we could solo Tomb heroic/Mythic… 
I think that tuning aside, that raid had some non-soloable mechanics that aren’t getting changed any time soon. Didn’t Azshara have the entire ward mechanic that requires multiple people to deal with so that you don’t get oneshot?
