Heya,

I was wondering if this item is still a required thing to farm the hidden artifact appearance for dh ‘‘Twinblades of the deciever’’(Deathwalker) and if so, are there any tips i could get for the farm? Been farming random mobs in Suramar for almost 2 hours. Would appreciate any help!

Yes - and you just need to keep farming really.
