Hi there. I’ve been trying to buy TWW for the last 3(!) days from the EU shop, but it just… doesn’t load. And it looks like the problem is not me (i’m in Prague, Czech), as i asked my friends from Poland, Italy and the Netherlands (hoping they can help me) aswell, and the page doesn’t open for them too. Can i finally buy the game and play it please? 
I looked thru the forum and it seems it’s a unique problem. Help

but it doesnt work even when you try ro buy it from the b-net client.
Same issue. Looks like Blizzard does not want my money, oh well.
somehow just i just managed to buy through the launcher! but thanks god i’m not the only one, i thought i was going insane XD

Hey all,
Ours engineers have identified an issue where the page for The War Within will get stuck loading in the shop on a browser, or in the desktop app. There should hopefully be a fix soon (possibly later today or over the weekend).
So far, it looks like trying to load the page from different links, or trying again later, solves the issue for some players.

Yeah I had the same issue.
Been reporting it for 48h kept on being told issue was on my end from Blizzard, 2 tickets and 1 forum post saying other people were also having the issue.
Thankfully their “engineers have identified an issue”.
