Cannot connect to both accounts at same time!

I cannot seem to log into both my EU accounts at the same time (EU1 and EU2). Been doing so since day 1 of classic launch but for some reason now, when I log on the second account (either/or), I get booted from the other saying that I’ve logged in somewhere else. rebooted computer/etc.

Any advice/help would be appreciated.

You need to wait until you are fully logged in on one before trying to log in on the other one. I thought they would be called WoW1 and WoW2. You also cannot log into Classic and retail at the same time on the same account.

Just to double check, you are changing the drop down account menu for each?

Also, you can do this, I did it yesterday with my two paid accounts.

Edit: I checked just now and I can do it but if you try within a few seconds it says that message.

Thanks Dottie, but I’ve been doing the same “action” since launch. I’m an NA based player with 2 separate EU accounts (which is why they are labeled EU1 and EU2). 2 separate accounts with separate billing (both up to date obviously because I can log into each, just not at same time). Yes, dropdown menu is confirmed Burning Crusade Classic for both when launching. Just tried again with one account being logged in for more than 5 mins (which by the way was never a problem launching both at same time… have done it countless times) and still getting booted saying "Your account has been logged in somewhere else. If this comes as a surprise, you should change your password and check your security settings. (BLZ51900060)

I wasn’t talking about that one but the one below it. The account menu would say something like

WoW1 (EU)
WoW2 (EU)
WoW3 (US)

and stuff like that. You cannot log in on WoW1(EU) twice.

Yes exactly, but I was even confirming that there wasn’t a change in the Game type for some unknown reason (like PTR or something). Like I said, I’ve done this beyond hundreds of times. I have 3 x 70’s on each account and tons of bank alts, etc.

And to confirm I cannot be accessing the same account by mistake, I’m loading the account with the different toons each time…

When you log in on each account I take it the character list is different?

I can’t really think of anything else except if you are using the Beta launcher.

You could try posting in the tech forums or checking your security in the account part of this website.

That’s the game version, my launcher is 2.14.0.13597 in the about part of the settings.

I’m sure you do this but this is what I do to log into two accounts at once.

Open the launcher, choose TBCC
Choose the first account and click play
Wait for the character screen to come up
Choose the second account and click play

Have you tried from the wowclassic.exe file and choosing the account from there?

I logged in yesterday, too, but today it doesn’t work anymore. I can’t even log into a character without it logging me out of the Blizzard Launcher.

That doesn’t work…It’s an issue with the game or a recent update.

Same issue here. Same launcher version too. Can’t log into two separate accounts anymore.

Having the same issue.Login on the launcher, go to character selection screen and I get logged out of the launcher and told I have logged in elsewhere. This is on one account. I changed my password, that didn’t fix it.
I did the usual delete the cache,wtf and interface, still having the same issue.

For me it is working again.
