I am trying to craft a legendary on my hunter (Rylakstalker’s Piercing Fangs), i meet all the requirements and have all the items including the memory, 1250 soul ash, 190 item level boots and 2 missives. While attempting to craft the item the memory is not selectable even though the tooltip clearly shows that it is available to craft in the feet slot.
You say you have the memory, but have you actually learned it by using the item in the Runecarver’s prison? If the memory is still actual item in your inventory you must first learn it before you can use it to create a legendary item.
