Cannot find characters after not logging in for a while

Hi, I cannot find any of my characters on any servers even though, in the item restoration tool for example, they appear in the list. I wouldn’t want to start off from scratch again, I had plenty of characters on the Silvermoon server … they appear in the list online, but not in the game.

Moreover, in the “accounts” dropdown, in the item restoration online tool, I see an account that does not appear in the BattleNet (app) dropdown … that’s where the characters were. What to do?

I have, thank you! however, none worked.
I think the problem is that one of my accounts simply doesn’t show up in the battlenet app accounts list

I found 2 accounts …
World of Warcraft®: Dragonflight (MYNAME) [actual name redacted as it is … my actual name in uppercase letters]
Europe

and

World of Warcraft® (WoW1)
Europe

… all my characters are in the Dragonflight one, for whatever unknown reason. I activated my sub on the other one. Then cancelled it there, and did the same thing on the dragonflight one, yet still, it did not appear in the battlenet app account list.

So now I basically subbed for the same period in 2 different accounts, but one of them (the one I wanted) is not accessible … how?
