Completed the main quest and the chain you get after, up to aiding the accord on my main, but after hitting 70 on my alt I cannot get the “Aiding the Accord” quest. I have tried raising all reps to at least 4, I’ve completed the main questline again up to “Moving On” which sends you back to Alexstrasza and gives you “Renown of the Dragon Isles”. After handing this in the chain just stops. I cannot get “Open Orientation” and therefore cannot move on to “Aiding the Accord”. If I run the quest completion script to check what I have completed, it says I have completed the 4 sub quests within “Open Orientation” but not the main quest you get from “Therazal”, and he has no more quests.
Has anyone else had this bug where the main quest just stops on alts? Also has anyone managed to pick up “Aiding the Accord” on an alt? If so, when did you get it?

The quest Open Orientation is meant to be completed once per account. The previous quests can still be done with other characters however.
