Cannot install battlenet app ( i uninstalled it as a step of my earlier problem I have since a week! wow classic being unable to be installed with the app being stuck at “fetching encoding tables…” please help) I tried everything, power cycle my router/modem, be admin, delete caches, delete antivirus, switch to cable connection, I’m lost for options. I just want to play the game, and not pay for days without even being able to access even battlenet, is frustrating to say the least. Could it be my razer synapse program for my razer keyboard that maybe cluggs up ssd? I don’t even know how that makes sense but im just lost please help, and I appreciate you taking the time. (Also sorry for posting here I can for some reason not submit any tickets, I tried 3different inet browsers Mozilla FF, chrome and MS edge)
Edit: Oh i forgot, heres the links to my dxdiag and msinfo:

Hey!
The link embedded with your message seems to have expired, but all you described (including having trouble getting though to our support site) implies there may be an obstacle on the connection route between your location and our servers. Given what you already tried rules out most things that could be going wrong on your end it seems likely that the issue is ISP-based - could you possibly try using a different connection method, e.g. through a mobile hotspot/tether or a VPN, and see if that works for you?
If it does: a chat with your ISPs technical support team would then be a very good idea.

Hey and thank you so much! That actually solved the problem!! I cannot believe I did not try that myself. What exactly is ISP? Do I need to contact my internet provider? And what should I tell them?
Thank you again!
I am sorry but that made me laugh hard.
ISP stands for Internet Service Provider.

I googled what it stands for after my reply, I don’t need to explain how dumb I felt
hahaha but I’m glad you got a laugh out of it. Thank you for clarifying:)
