Cannot launch Shadowlands Beta

Hello,

I just updated Shadowlands and can’t seem to open it, either through the Blizzard App or directly from the folder.

My Blizzard App says ‘Game is running…’, and my task manager shows that the Update Agent is still running in the background.

I already tried re-installing the Blizzard App and deleting its files. I also have the latest drivers.

Is there something else I should do to get it to launch?
