Cannot log in to server, it disconnects immediately (BLZ51914003)

I cannot get further than initial login screen after last update.
When I enter my e-mail and password, it shows
Connecting
for a second and then
You have been disconnected. (BLZ51914003)
no matter how many times I try.

It all worked just fine before I ran an update, it just shown all realms are incompatible. After update I cannot even get to realms list.

I have tried to run “Scan and repair” in the Battle.Net client. It showed no errors. Nothing changed.

What can I do next?

P.S. It appears that happens only when I run game directly.
If I start it via Battle.Net agent, it runs fine.
It is a big inconvenience actually, it is slow and actually there are issues with agent which I could not solve yet so such start of WoW takes some time.
I would like it to be fixed.

To understand how tricky it became. To start WoW, I have to:

  1. go to the Battle.Net folder
  2. remove the folder with an update there (last working update was Battle.net.14494, all newer crash under WINE)
  3. launch Battle.Net
  4. press ‘Play’ button as soon as it is available

If I delay last point then window appears that I need to restart Battle.Net application, it hides ‘Play’ button, and after restart it definitely crashes so I have to do all that again.
