That said we’re aware and tracking this issue as well in case it needs to be actioned separately.
Please note that there is no need to make support tickets for this, as Game Masters won’t be able to assist directly, and I’d recommend holding off on any attempted currency transfers for now.
Once we know more or transfer are thought safe again we’ll be sure to let you all know!
Would it not be a good idea to turn this feature off until it’s fixed then?
I now have two of my three main characters which I cannot log in to because of this bug, despite blizzard apparently being aware of the issue before I stumbled on it.
