I would advise you to look into this troubleshooting article, and go through the steps that are mentioned.
hi i also have a problem in logging into the game. i manage to log into the game most of the time i can log into a server of my alts. but when i change servers it crashes or gets stuck also it wont exit not even with task manager. i have done everything mentioned in the forums also did a reinstall of os and the game but nothing. it was working fine in the morning but now it is not. could i have some help plz because i dont want my 20 days left to go for nothing.
Magemel, that does sound like a very much different problem than what the original thread creator encountered.
Please create your own thread so we can avoid muddying the waters here, and do include some diagnostic logs and network data for your computer (you can upload the logs to a site like pastebin, and post the links if needed) - that should allow us to identify whats going wrong for you.
