My toon cannot move. I can cast spells, even hearthstone, fly and blink but cannot move left right forwards or back with either the keys or the mouse. I have tried twice to use the stuck character facility and a message was sent to me saying there is a problem with your character please contact a GM but alas i cannot fathom how to do this now. Ive only been back playing 6 months and im sure it used to be an option but ive google all sorts and just keep going round in circles. Ive got rid of all my addons. All my other characters are fine, this one was doing the time rift and got to the last boss bit and it got stuck the only thing i see that i dont know what it is is a buff which isnt being removed called Magnetic Resistance but i think that was just for a robot thing i was killing. Any help would be greatly apreciated as im missing all the fun.

Don’t select a catgeory or that will just send you in circles around the support system, instead click the link “I would rather describe my issue”. That will give you the option to type in the problem and submit a ticket.
Just a heads up though… Customer Service is pretty poor and you’ll problally be in for a long wait. Also you will probally get a auto/bot responce first with the usuall links to WoWHead… when you get that look for the button that says something like “My issue is not resolved” to continue the ticket… do not open a new ticket are you’ll end up back at the start of the que and go round round in circles.
To help you get the issue resolved quicker, make sure you describe the problem you are facing, which character/realm etc and what you have tried. Mention that you have tried the unstuck service and it said you have to make a ticket… or they will just reply and tell you to use that.
Well i solved the problem now. You have to queue in for arena banter. That removes all debuffs!
