Cannot Phase into Brewfest

I cannot get the Brewfest event to phase in on my Hunter, no issues on my other chars.
When I go to the area outside Orgrimmar where Brewfest should the NPC that gives the quest “The Uncorrupted” is there instead.
I cannot hand this quest in as when I go to the ? on the map in Orgrimmar the NPC does not spwan to hand the quest in.

This looks like something our Game Masters might able to help with. Please create a ticket and explain what is going on with “The Uncorrupted” quest.
