Cannot purchase game time token in game with real money

Cannot purchase a WoW Token in game. I’ve been to the auctioneer many times over many days, selected the WoW Token option, selected about - and clicked the Shop button, all I get is a “loading please wait” screen that never loads & also do not get any errors.

Re-activated my old account on the 10th Dec, subscription has been processed and completed (payment taken & completed). Game is fully up to date, I’ve cleared Cache, WTF and interface files, I’ve run a scan & repair programme within battle.net app. I do not have any EULA agreements pending on battle.net app start up launch. I do not have any add ons installed. I have never purchased a WoW token before and do not have one on this character already. Realm is UK, same as my account. Allowed app on firewall and no change. No black/blue screen just stuck on the loading. Problem has been happening since I reactivated my account.

I just checked it myself, while it hanged for a short while on the black screen it eventually loaded to the payment provider option (about a minute).

You can try this out or wait for official help but with holidays coming I’m not sure if the office will be forum-staffed.

No, tried all of these. I’ve left it loading for a while >15 mins and nothing happens. There’s no black/blue screen its just “loading” the entire time - may have to wait then, thanks!
