I’m on the emerald welcome quest and i have to talk to Merithra but she is in the ED and i can’t get back in as neither of the 2 portals are visible and the Merithra npc in the overworld won’t talk to me.
I presume i missed doing something the first time i entered but can’t think what.
Just run through the into quests on an alt and it will open up the portal in Val.
I don’t know why im logged into the forums on an alt but i only have one lvl 70 and thats the toon thats stuck. I just recently resubbed.
So i have to level another toon to 70 just to access ED? No thanks
Did you turn in the first quest that you get outside and turn in inside? Wondering whether abandoning the quest you have might help. If you already turned something in and are on a follow up quest, I have no idea. In that case maybe you can try a summon…?
No portal in Valdrakken? It’s above the bank. Just spitballing, sorry if you already tried it. Situations like this are unfun, I’ve been stranded a few times as well throughout the years. Usually a search on wowhead for the specific quest I was on helped me out.
you need to watch the movie before completing that quest . if you went out before that the portal should still be working for you if not just abandon the quest and take it again. if it’s still the same then maybe you should open a ticket or try the tech support forums https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/technical-support/13
