I no longer have the smart phone that my authenticator is on. Cannot delete authenticator in my account because it asks for my authenticator number. Cannot delete the phone number ditto. Any help would be appreciated.
They can’t assist with account related issues over the forums, you will need to make a GM ticket. Since its for the removal of an authenticator, you will also probably need state issued photographic identification, and proof of ownership of the account before they can assist.
