Good morning, we are also struggling with this problem. Unfortunately I not able as a Guild Master how many members of my guild are affected by this problem. Game Master yesterday tried to work on this problem and “reset everything about our guild”, breaking our mystical save at the same time. The problem mainly affects new characters joined to guild and alts added to the guild
Here is a screenshot as you requested, as you can see, I can see the guild message of the day in chat but no guild (mythic butts is a small community, not the guild).
This is still an on going issue. I can also see people logging in and out via the chat when they log into the guild but am unable to type in guild chat, officer chat, or see messages from those channels either.
Edit:
Here’s another screenshot of when I typed /who guild name as you can see, it’s still showing here as well as my character being in the guild.
same problem. i joined a new guild last night.
I’ll copy-paste my same issue with my attempts to solve it from my reddit post
Hey guys, I have an issue where I have no guild-interface or guild-tab on one specific character.
This character is in a guild, where one of my main char is in as well. I can see the alt in the guild-roster on my main. Everyone else can see my alt when I’m online on it. When I’m on my alt, it shows that I’m in the correct guild while mouseover-ing over my char-frame.
I have left the guild (per /gquit) and been re-invited, after which I could see the guild-interface until I logged out and back in later on.
I have done a full reset (removed Cache, Interface and WTF from _retail) - the issue still remains the same.
I have no idea how to solve this issue or what else to try. And kind of help or suggestions is appreciated.
/edit: Tried repairing, didnt work either. Got one piece additional info though. Even though it doesnt show anything, I can click on the Roster-tab which shows the following LUA-Error
Message: Usage: local privilegeInfo = C_Club.GetClubPrivileges(clubId)

Since Blue asked for screenshots, heres how it looks on my interface (while being on a full reset still)

I am having the exact same problem on my alt. It was fine last night. Tried everything from leaving guild, rejoining to resetting interface, disabling addons… Nothing works. Interesting thing is it’s all fine on my main.
Tried all of these ^^ to no avail. I have also noticed Armoury is not showing up properly for newly created toons as of this weekend at least. Clearly some kind of client-side issue, right? But yeah, is annoying I can’t talk to my guild via in-game channels etc. Thankfully there’s disc, right?
same here can t see my guild or respond to it
I can’t see my community tabs, but guild tab is functional totally.

So after reading through all the posts, the problem seems like associates with “new members”. I joined my guild roughly one year ago, but for community, I joined my first community 2 days ago.
If it’s the exact same problem they’re having on the US servers then it’s not confined to only new members. One person is the GM and have had their guild since 2008. It also seems to be an issue going back a year, which they were “looking into” and now it has suddenly blown up into a much larger problem. Curious really.
Small indie company amirite? Mine got fixed with relog and then bugged again after I logged back in the next day.
Joined a new guild last night, was fine and now cant see it. Weird I can see people log in and out but thats it… Nothing in the J tab of WoW. Strange bug lol!
Reporting same issue. Transferred a toon and i could see guild at first but relogged and it vanished.
I left and got re-invited to see if that helps, it does until you relog then it vanishes.
It’s only on the toon i transferred as i have one in the guild already that can see everything fine
Any update, still not working 3 days on? What on earth is going on?
Same issue. Only affects a single character. The other 2 I’m playing (same server, same addons) are fine. I’ve already tried with no addons running, and deleted all cache files in WTF/Account/blah
Login show the Guild MoTD, I can see the roster with a /guildroster, /who G “guild name” brings up a partial list, focus on myself and hovering over that shows my guild name, but hitting J looks like i’m not in a guild

edit 2: This is a guild I’ve only just joined, either yesterday or the day before, can’t remember. Fitting in with other comments about it happening to recently-joined guilds or communities
Can we get any kind of update to this issue? Any kind of ETA about possible fixes? Workarounds? Just anything really
Any updates on this issue?
I am having the same as you all after a server transfer.
When can we expect a resolve on this?
Since the blues on EU seem to be kinda slow, heres an update from the american region from 5 hours ago
Good morning folks,
Looks like there were some updates last night. The process they began in order to “heal” affected guilds had some higher than anticipated resource costs on game databases and it needed to be paused.
We held off on this because we were under the impression that the repairs were in progress. With the updates we received we’ll revisit this today and likely have something posted on the support website for folks so they’re aware.
I do want to reiterate though that opening a support ticket will not help with this. The Game Masters are unable to make changes to fix this. The WOW team is actively working on it. If this changes for any reason, I’ll be sure to update here.
Thanks again everyone for your patience.
I have the same issue on my druid…
They are stalling to restart servers in the hope it fixes it, instead of doing a rolling restart early hours in the morning to see if it does. And it is likely that it will, the world/character server is not sending out the clubID to clients so that is why some people are showing up as in limbo while they are not, thus not allowing chat and rosters etc to show.
This could have been fixed within 1 hour, but as said they are stalling until reset tomorrow. Which I find disrespectful to the player base who had to suffer days of this.
