New contract affects only character that used it, it doesn’t work for entire warband.
Hello. I’m stuck/locked out for the Undermine weekly/daily quests. You see, I picked a Cartel as soon as I ran across the NPC in the inn, and now, about an hour and several quests later, I’ve opened up the first batch of blue quests, which all want me to . . . pick a Cartel. It keeps pointing me to the NPC, telling me to sign a contract, but there’s no option anymore to do so. Not on any of my characters.
I’ve tried: abandoning every quest (even the non-weekly Undermine ones) and retaking them, disabling addons, reloading UI, relogging – you name it. Nothing. Now it seems like I’ll be locked out of the weekly rep content for at least this week. I made a ticket, but the GM just told me to go to the forums. I’m not the only one with this problem. Found a few on US who ran into the same thing:
What to do? It really sucks to miss out on brand new content while most of my friends and guildies are able to do it.

Having the same problem. Great start for a new patch. 
Same issue, i mean my guildies are pushing rep while i’m waiting for the fix here

Seems like such a weird oversight for a live patch, too. :S
It has randomly been fixed for me, by the way. The NPC now offers the option to sign and once I re-took the dailies they adapted to the new situation. Maybe Blizzard quietly fixed it! Hope it works for you guys too.

A hotfix did indeed go out related to this last night, glad to hear it seems to have worked and thanks for following up!

Still bugged here, so if blizzard did indeed hotfix it then they have to do it again. Been like this for a month now.
