Cannot trade Plain Letters with other players

Hi!

I never received an answer to my post back in April, so I thought to try again. The previous topic: Cannot trade Letters anymore

Is there any information if this is a bug that is going to be fixed? For the longest of times players could trade Plain Letters (attachments from the mailbox) with other players, but something seems to have changed at the start of this year and trying to trade these items with other players causes the trade to be canceled. I can’t find information about the change anywhere, and the items can still be put up on the Auction House - just not traded with other players directly.

This is a courteous bump in the thread as this is a problem still ongoing, even with having sent feedback and bug reports myself as well!

Tested this morning due to the new patch, but unfortunately this appears still broken.

Hi Acrona,

We do have a bug in for this, and while I understand it’s important to some players, it’s unlikely to be prioritized in the short term.

Hopefully it can be addressed eventually though!
