Cannot transfer data

Since the patch it looks like the app cannot fetch data. I couldn't patch the game (but could enter to look at chose server screen), I couldn't repair it, then I uninstalled it and now I cannot install. If I try to install it gives me this error:
We're having a problem transferring data. Please check your internet connection just in case and try again. Error Code:BLZBNTAGT000008AD

Also in the app I can see I am online, but it won't load any previews/news and is giving me this error:
We're having problems loading some content. Try reloading this page. Error Code: BLZBNTBNA000003E8

Previously everything was working fine.

I've tried:
1) Running the app as admin, turning off antivirus
2) Patching agent manually (as described here https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/manually-patching-agent?utm_campaign=BlizzardCSEU&utm_medium=posting&utm_source=internal-support_forums&utm_content=solution)
3) Flushing dns (as described here https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/ip-release-renew-and-flush-dns?utm_source=internal-support_forums&utm_medium=posting&utm_campaign=BlizzardCSEU&utm_content=solution)
4) Changing app's language (found this solution at forums)

...nothing worked :(

The above errors show that something seems to be blocking your connection.

Please try out the following steps:

- Disable/uninstall any VPN software you may have (Hamachi, OpenVPN etc).
- If you are using an antivirus, make sure that the Blizzard app and the games are added to the exception/exclusion list. Possibly even disable or uninstall the antivirus.
- Deactivate proxy settings.
- Delete the Battle.net cache folder.
- Enable the Windows Secondary Logon service, if you are running Windows.
- Update Flash on Internet Explorer, even if you use a different browser.
- Make sure that you got the latest drivers and OS updates.
- Reset your network router.
