So my preist died at level 30!! 
I was under the impression that i would be able to transfer this for free? however when i click the shop its only paid options, i cannot find anywhere how to free transfer, please could someone help with this ?
Odd, you are indeed correct: there should be free transfer to Classic Era servers.
The forum will not be able to help you with any action.
What you need to do is go and create a support ticket. Explain clearly what the issue is and what you have tried to do to fix it yourself.
It will likely take a few days, then you get an automated response telling you to go to WoWead. Ignore that. You then continue on that ticket thread, repeat what you wrote. Then a GM will look over it and hopefully will be able to help you out

how do i start this process?
The free transfer option is there for me. It’s so strange it’s not there for everyone.
It probably has to do with whole Stitches mega lag situation. The realm is so overloaded, that all systems are failing.

I transferred 3 characters from Stitches. All of them without any issues (it took more than the estimated 5 minutes but that’s ok, probably 10-15 minutes). On next transfer I will use the stopwatch to be precise.
