Cannot transmogrify this one character

He has 415 honor gear, not transmogrified.
I am selecting the “Ironhide” set, no legendaries or SL covenant sets, and clicking “Apply”. But it’s not applied. And with other sets or separate items transmogrification is not working too.
This happens only with this one character, others, including another evoker, could be transmogrified with no problems.
Blizzard Support has recommended me this:

  1. Log out and Reset your UI https://battle.net/support/article/7549
  2. Log into a character who is not having problems
  3. Log into the broken character and type each of these commands into chat, then log out safely - if you DC or the client crashes, repeat this step.
    /console synchronizeConfig 0
    /console synchronizeSettings 0
  4. Navigate to the folder for the character who is not having problems:
    \World of Warcraft\Retail\WTF\Account\YOURACCOUNTNAME\SERVERNAME\CHARACTERNAME
  5. Right click>copy the “config-cache.wtf” file
  6. Navigate to the folder for the character who is having problems
  7. Delete this character’s “config-cache.wtf” file
  8. Right click>paste the new file
  9. Log into the broken character and type each of these commands into chat, then log out safely - if you DC or the client crashes, repeat this step:
    /console synchronizeConfig 1
    /console synchronizeSettings 1

It did not help.
Then they recommend me to submit a bugreport.
I suppose it will help after some time.
Maybe you, people of Azeroth, know the solution?

Can you transmog using other items one at a time? And do you own the full set?

No, it’s not working.

“Ironhide set”? I have all items except the helmet.

So it’s not working when you transmog ANY item, even weapons?

Are you wearing mail armour?

Is it on your Evoker? If not what class?

Transmog has various restrictions.

Did you just boost the character?

I just managed to transmogrify shoulders, belt and weapon.
No other slots could be transmogrified one by one.
Yes, it’s mail PvP gear of season 3.
Yes, it’s this evoker.
No, it’s not boosted character.
Yes, I have read that article :–)

Some PvP gear cannot be transmogged.

  1. Mouse over the equipped item and check if it says “This item cannot be transmogrified”. By design, some items can’t receive an appearance.

Is it the mail or Plate version that you got the appearance from?

I have same gear on my other evoker and it’s all transmogged with no problems.

Is that evoker on the same warcraft account?

It’s “wow1” and “wow2”

it’s a possibility that could be causing a problem, appearances sometimes don’t transfer to other warcraft accounts, I’ve had that before.

I have used that “ironhide” transmog many times on hunters and shamans on both accounts.
And on this evoker too. Before season 3 :–)

And when you hover over the items you have equipped does it say “This item cannot be transmogrified”?
